Product images are for visual reference and styling inspiration. The final arrangement may not be identical to the image shown due to flower availability, seasonal changes, natural variations, and the handmade nature of floral design.
Colors may also appear differently depending on your device screen, brightness settings, camera lighting, and display configuration.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage, packaging, ribbons, accessories, or other design elements with items of equal or greater value when necessary, while maintaining the overall style, color direction, and quality of the arrangement.
Because our floral products are prepared by hand, slight variations in design, size, and composition may occur. These variations are part of the natural and bespoke character of floral arrangements.
All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product selection, size, style, delivery address, recipient information, delivery date and time, phone number, and gift message.
Because our products include fresh flowers and made-to-order arrangements, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once the order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
If we need to make changes to your order, or if we are unable to accept or complete your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number, billing address, or delivery details provided at the time of purchase.
You agree that all purchases are for personal, gifting, household, or business use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - CUSTOM ORDERS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
Le Jardin Flowers may offer custom floral arrangements, bespoke orders, corporate arrangements, wedding flowers, event floral styling, and special floral requests.
Custom orders are created based on the information you provide, including but not limited to preferred colors, style, occasion, budget, recipient details, delivery requirements, and any requested flowers.
While we do our best to follow your preferences, custom floral designs are subject to flower availability, seasonality, design suitability, and florist discretion.
If a requested flower, color, material, packaging, or decorative element is unavailable, we may substitute it with a suitable alternative of equal or greater value while preserving the intended look and feel of the arrangement.
Custom orders, personalized products, and special requests may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once preparation has started.
SECTION 5 - GIFT MESSAGES AND CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT
Where available, customers may add a gift message, recipient name, sender name, delivery note, or other personalized content to their order.
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted text is accurate, appropriate, and free from offensive, unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Le Jardin Flowers reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any message or content that we consider inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or unsuitable.
We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, incorrect wording, or incomplete gift messages submitted by the customer.
Please write gift messages exactly as you would like them to appear.

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts, promotions, delivery charges, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices may not include delivery fees, taxes, customs fees, or additional service charges.
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, location, and order conditions.
We may offer promotions, discount codes, loyalty rewards, referral rewards, or special campaigns from time to time. These offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any discount code, promotion, or reward if we believe it has been misused, applied incorrectly, or used in violation of its terms.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our website.

3. Any charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Le Jardin Flowers provides delivery services within the United Arab Emirates, subject to availability and location coverage.
Delivery availability, delivery fees, and delivery time may vary depending on the recipient’s location, order type, selected delivery date and time, weather conditions, traffic, peak seasons, holidays, and operational capacity.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, courier delays, incorrect delivery information, recipient unavailability, building access restrictions, security procedures, or force majeure events.
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including recipient name, phone number, delivery address, building name, apartment or villa number, area, and any special delivery instructions.
Le Jardin Flowers is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery details.
If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the order, our team may attempt to contact the customer or recipient using the details provided. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Once the order has been delivered to the provided address, handed to the recipient, received by an authorized person, left at reception, concierge, security, office, or another agreed location, the order will be considered delivered.
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of flowers, we recommend that the recipient receives the order promptly and keeps it in a suitable environment.
SECTION 8 - DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES
You may request to change the delivery address by contacting our customer care team within 12 hours of placing your order.
Address changes are subject to approval and operational availability.
If the new address is outside our free delivery area or requires a different delivery route, additional delivery fees may apply.
We cannot guarantee address changes once the order is being prepared, dispatched, or out for delivery.
SECTION 9 - CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because Le Jardin Flowers sells fresh flowers, plants, cakes, chocolates, customized gifts, and made-to-order floral arrangements, our products are considered perishable and/or personalized.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been prepared, dispatched, delivered, or received.
You may request to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may be possible.
If flowers, packaging, gifts, or materials have already been prepared for your order, only 50% of the order value may be refundable.
Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
If your refund request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed within 15 working days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
SECTION 10 - DAMAGES, WRONG ITEMS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review each case carefully and may request additional information.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a suitable solution at our discretion, such as replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Complaints submitted after a significant delay may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of flowers and fresh products.

SECTION 12 - PRODUCT CARE
Fresh flowers are delicate and perishable. Their lifespan may vary depending on flower type, temperature, handling, water quality, and care.
Le Jardin Flowers may provide care instructions where applicable. Customers and recipients are responsible for following proper care instructions after delivery.
We are not responsible for reduced flower lifespan caused by improper care, heat exposure, delayed receiving, lack of water, unsuitable storage, or mishandling after delivery.
SECTION 13 - LOYALTY PROGRAMS, REWARDS AND REFERRALS
Le Jardin Flowers may offer loyalty programs, reward points, referral rewards, birthday rewards, promotional credits, or other customer benefits through third-party apps or service providers.
Participation in such programs may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Rewards, points, coupons, and referral discounts may not be redeemable for cash.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, cancel, or modify any rewards program, points system, referral program, birthday reward, or related benefit at any time without prior notice.
We may also cancel or refuse rewards if we believe they have been misused, obtained fraudulently, or used in violation of program rules.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Le Jardin Flowers.
