Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Le Jardin Flowers, each floral arrangement is freshly prepared with care and attention to detail. Because our products include fresh flowers, plants, cakes, chocolates, and customized gifts, they are considered perishable and made-to-order items.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared, dispatched, delivered, or received.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible at info@lejardinflowers.com or through our customer care channels.

If the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may be possible.

If the flowers, packaging, or materials have already been prepared for your order, only 50% of the order value may be refundable.

Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Damages, Wrong Items, or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the product so our team can review the issue and assist you.

We will evaluate each case carefully and, if approved, offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Fresh flowers
Plants
Custom floral arrangements
Personalized or special orders
Cakes, chocolates, and other perishable gifts
Gift cards
Sale or promotional items

Address Changes

You may request to change the delivery address within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer care team.

If the new address is outside our free delivery area, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, our team will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
